Building DEVELOPMENT
Our projects are predominantly small scale for office, industrial and retail use.
Sometimes it is not possible for a tenant, developer or potential building owner to find suitable premises, so erecting a new building may be a feasible option.
As the tenants' appointed project manager we can also work closely with the building owner/developer and their appointed architect through the new-build process and integrated fit-out, with a key focus on the budget and co-ordination of the main contractor, sub trades and suppliers to ensure all project milestones are met.
